Stefan Daniel is a multidisciplinary musician, producer, and model living in Brooklyn, NY. He began playing the piano and trumpet and composing at age nine before continuing to pursue a bachelor’s degree in music and economics at Columbia University, graduating in May 2023. He began to focus on music production, composition, and audio engineering, culminating in his capstone project and debut EP introduction in 2023, exploring the intersections between jazz, ambient electronic, and classical practices.

Immediately after finishing his program at Columbia, he began assisting at Invite Only Studios before beginning work in business development, music production, and audio engineering there in December of 2023. He works with his own client list of artists, including Saint Ahmad and Chalices.

In March 2024, he began producing and performing as a resident DJ at his event series, Dress Code, alongside DJ and co-producer Tyjah. The series has been a success at venues across Manhattan and Brooklyn, and now is in residency at the Rosemont in Williamsburg. In November 2024, he will begin working in creative development and event production at the newly-reopened 142 Sullivan Bar in Soho.

Since February 2024, he has worked as a technical assistant and in digital content production at the Vilcek Foundation, including videography, music composition, audio engineering, and graphic design. Most recently edited and recorded audio for a Foundation-use video using the archival photography of artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude’s work and process, in dedication of their 48 Howard Street studio’s National Historic Landmarks status.

His scores have been commissioned and performed by the TAK and PinkNoise Ensembles, and he has collaborated on cross-disciplinary works with choreographer Julia Ruth Patella, choreographer for On the Sidewalk at Night, and poet/multimedia artist Topaz Winters, author of So Stranger, Portrait of my Body as a Crime I'm Still Committing. He has performed on keyboard and trumpet in various multi-genre ensembles at venues including The Bowery Electric, The Rainbow Room, Symphony Space, and Terminal 5.

He began modeling in June 2021, first featuring in Mob Journal's BOYS BOYS BOYS BOYS magazine. Another notable booking was his runway debut in Roommate22's SS2024 collection at New York Fashion Week in September 2023. Most recently, he was featured on the cover of 17:23 Magazine’s September 2024 Vol 221 issue for Berroterán’s Part of Me shoot.
